Everyone has a different experience with pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. It is the most transformative experience a woman can go through. My journey had it’s ups and downs and my labor experience was one of the hardest things I have gone through to date, but I wouldn’t change a thing because it brought us our son.

Size doesn’t matter.

Reread that again. Size doesn’t matter. I have had to say this to myself during my pregnancy and now right into postpartum. Believe me I know this is easier said than done but in my experience it’s what kept me going.
